2.2 Information Delivery - Logical Aspects
The NIG’s main purpose is to deliver information from Information Providers
(IPs) to users. Although this can now be done without an information
grid, there are advantages that only the NIG being proposed here can viably
provide. The next two sections describe the two logical advantages
of the NIG.
